I've always been fascinated by computers. Indeed, since I was very young, I was influenced by my entourage made up mainly of engineers, and I very quickly became crazed about engineering and computer science, and I wish more than anything to make this passion my future profession. Doing this project will allow me to gain experience in the field of functional programming and thus get closer and closer to my dream ... Wingardium Leviossa !

Since I was born, I always wanted to understand how everything works. I have always been interested in computer science, this is why I wanted to join EPITA. In EPITA, I learned how to code, and this project will help me to improve my skills. I hope to discover a new way of coding using C libraries and creating a hardware object for the first time. In this project, I will mainly implement the algorithms on the images we retrieved from the camera, create the website, help with the hardware and write in LaTeX. I am very excited because this project will improve my group working skills, something that is really helpful in companies. The final goal is very interesting because we will finally see the concrete results of our work, having a real support for our camera and a useful goal.

Growing up, I had a passion for photography. I would always volunteer to take family pictures and videos. Later, I grew up and then came my passion for IT along with coding. That is why when the guys told me about this project idea, I was 100\% for it. As usual in a group project, I love learning new ways of working together and others' thoughts processes. I've learned so much already from the last two projects and I cant wait to learn from this one and future ones in ING. For this project, I will be working on pre-processing of the images before passing them to the algorithm to detect the face. I will also be checking in on the website's development as I have already done one last year. Combining two of one's passions is something not many people have the opportunity of doing and I'm thankful for this opportunity. I'm excited to go on this journey with my members and I hope to achieve every goal we set for ourselves.

Creation is the epitome of humanity. With this core stigma embedded in my thought cabinet, I came to EPITA with dreams of constructing great projects in the future. IT is the engine of tomorrow, as with data and information, we grow as a species. This undertaking is perhaps the first truly grand project I am partaking in, and I do feel the weight of my responsibilities; those being working on the results of the pre-processing, turning the work of my colleague into harvested data that can be interpreted by the program. My work, this time around, will be transforming all resultant images into absolute black-white images, then applying dilation and erosion on each image to get a more refined result, finally merging the set to get the closest representation of a face, locating the center of said interest.\\ BTW, Magnesium based life-form is a rising theory that treats the theory of an organic life-form that does not understand the concept of melancholy. Hopefully I will be of help to my team, more so than that random fact you just learnt :) .
